Payroll A/P Clerk
Part-time Contract 6 months possibly on-going
$15/hr.
Responsibilities: Manage A/P and Payroll.
1. Manage the entering of bills with correct categorization
2. Monthly reconciliation of all accounts
3. Work with CEO and CPA on quarterly closing books
4. Manage payroll using Quickbooks
5. Work with CPA & payroll service to verify that all monthly, quarterly and annual tax statements are filed on time.
