We currently have a hot opportunity for an Executive Chef at our Apple Valley location. We're looking for an Executive Chef with:

* 3+ years of current Upscale Casual Restaurant Executive Chef experience
* High Volume experience a must ($4 million or more in volume per year)
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous six years
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing BOH staff
* Ability to maintain high levels of Food Quality and Hygiene
* Strong Communication and Organizational Skills

Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + excellent benefits/bonus packages
