For 30+ years, our restaurants have focused on two things: making some of the best meals for our customers and making sure our customers are happy. Our menu has won awards across the country, setting the bar high for some of our Fast Casual counterparts. What our Managers like, besides the quality of food we serve, is the quality of life.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Bloomington location. We plan on expanding throughout the region and need strong management to accomplish this. We're looking for Managers with:

* 2+ years of current Restaurant Management experience
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous four years
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Ability to build sales and rapport in the community

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 + benefits/bonus packages
