REGIONAL HR MANAGER
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Regional Human Resources Manager will be working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment. The successful incumbent will oversee the Human Resources activities in multiple manufacturing plans in Southern Illinois and be a strategic partner to the Plants Managers. To perform this role successfully, the incumbent must be able to travel to each location during the week. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director, Human Resources.
